With a decade of experience in mining and resources title management, she has been dedicated to serving the mining and oil and gas sectors in Australia.
In her previous roles, Shelly specialized in ensuring compliance with mining and resources license conditions and obligations across all legislative jurisdictions in Australia.
Shelly brings extensive expertise in preparing transfer duty assessments, facilitating title transfers, managing caveats, and conducting due diligence relating to mining project transactions. She has had the privilege of working with a number of public companies in the mining sector, assisting them through the complexities of the IPO process.
Aside form Shelly’s extensive mining law experience, she has joined the commercial team at Summers Legal to work in all aspects of commercial and corporate law while predominately focusing on mining and resources.
