Jennifer practises in commercial litigation/dispute resolution and has practised in both large and boutique firms in Western Australia.
Jennifer has gained experience in a diverse range of large complex and smaller commercial disputes in the High Court, Supreme Court, and lower courts as well as the State Administrative Tribunal.
Jennifer has a commercial and pragmatic style of practice and where possible seeks to settle disputes in a cost-effective manner having negotiated many successful outcomes before going to a full Court hearing.
Jennifer has also undertaken a bachelor of arts (psychology).
