Kathleen was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2019 and practises in the areas of commercial law, property law and wills and estates.
Kathleen has experience in preparing commercial documents to facilitate a diverse range of commercial matters and transactions.
Kathleen is also experienced in preparing estate planning documents including, simple and complex Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Guardianship and Advance Health Directives.
